I have been involved in fitness training for over 16 years. I have a Master of Education: health promotion degree from Plymouth State College and have completed STOTT PILATES® training programs
Before moving back to the area I was the director of the North Conway Athletic Club in New Hampshire.
I teach several group fitness classes per week at my studio and at corporate locations. I also work one on one with many clients at my studio. My training clients range across all ages and abilities.
I have extensive experience in designing programs for people involved in injury recovery (rehabilitation) and back issues. I often consult with physical therapists and other members of the health-care team in designing and personalizing programs.
As an outdoor sports enthusiast and road bicyclist, I understand the importance of balancing all aspects of the wellness dimensions to achieve maximum performance in reaching my goals. I love to relax at home enjoying our small hobby farm where my husband and I have 4 dogs, 3 cats, 1 llama, 2 sheep, 3 goats, 23 chickens and 5 ducks.

David is Cheryl's husband, co-owner, and life partner. He has been involved in behind the scenes operations of the spa since its opening in 2003. However he has been practicing Yoga for many years.
Now as a teacher he wants to help educate people on the wonderful benefits that Yoga can bring to the mind and body. "As we age we lose flexibility, says David. "It is this very simple thing that we take for granted, but Yoga can help us stay flexible and active."
As a passionate bicyclist, David has found Yoga keeps him in top shape to ride hard each season. But it is the mind body connection that has him interested in developing his yoga practice and sharing it with his students.
Lisa is a 500 hour Kripalu Yoga Instructor. She has been practicing yoga in various forms for most of her life, and has been teaching yoga for about 10 years. Although the core of her training was at the Kripalu, she has completed several additional certifications including vinyasa flow yoga, Circus Yoga, Yoga Ed, and has taken workshops with world renowned teachers. Lisa is a life-long student, enthusiastically studying yoga philosophy and deepening her understanding of the physical postures. Her core teaching style is Kripalu yoga with slow flowing vinyasa sequences, emphasizing breath, awareness of mind, and honoring the body's needs. Lisa's classes are infused with authenticity, yoga philosophy, and a sense of humor.
Kimberly Humphrey, certified Yoga instructor, loves helping people find balance within through simple, basic lifestyle changes. She believes that yoga can be an amazing source of healing and therapy.
She feels that by increasing the happiness and peace of others, she also brings peace and light back to her own life. She is also a Health Teacher at the Blanchard middle school in Westford.

Boot camp with Lincoln in either private, semi private, or group is a fun way to reach your health & fitness goals. Lincoln will inspire and lead you through your boot camp session. Her style is fun and challenging while focusing on increasing your fitness level and assisting you in achieving your desired fitness goals through a safe yet challenging workout.
Lincoln is very passionate about helping clients achieve their fitness goals by inspiring them and teaching them proper exercise techniques. She enjoys working with teens, women, and men of all different ages and athletic backgrounds, from sedentary individuals who have not exercised in several years to fitness enthusiasts who currently work out, and competitive athletes.
She has been involved in fitness since she was a child. A few years ago she decided to share her passion for fitness with others and became a NASM Certified personal fitness trainer. She loves being out doors and doing things that challenge her physically & mentally. By day she is a software engineer, which doesn't involve much physical activity, but don't worry, she makes up for it in her time away from her day job. She is constantly researching and attending fitness training workshops to expand her knowledge while keeping it safe, fresh & fun.
