The Whole Body Fusion combines Pilates, yoga, and cardio & strength training all in one class. Giving you a great workout while having a lot of fun. This class may use small apparatus like Bosu, resistance balls, medicine balls, dumb bells, foam rollers, etc. Appropriate for all levels. 60 minutes
