It is recommended for first time clients to start off with a one-hour fitness/wellness assessment to determine the ideal program for your fitness level and long term fitness goals. This assessment includes cardiovascular testing, body composition, blood pressure, weight, resting heart rate, muscular endurance, joint flexibility, postural assessment, and wellness assessment. This session is also used to discuss your individual goals, motivation and nutrition basics.
