SMR/Foam Rolling Class
Whether you do your fitness classes with us, recieve regular massage therapy, or both, chances are we've recommended using a foam roller for any number of reasons. Foam Rolling, also known as Self-Myofascial Release, utilizes your own body weight on a foam roller to massage various trigger areas throughout the body. The result is chronic muscle tightness is eased, which increases flexibility and range of motion while correcting functional muscle imbalances. This greatly improves joint functionality, prevents injuries, and eases pain.
