Meditation and yoga practice bring balance, acceptance and a calm center to our lives. This class welcomes both students trying meditation and yoga for the first time, to those who wish to support their practice. The focus will be on using breath and the physical release that can be gained by simple yoga poses to prepare us for meditation. These easy practices can support our access to the calm center within all of us. This is a welcoming and supportive class with modifications to accommodate all of our bodies.
